Nice suggestion,but i prefer use Macvide FlashVideo Converter.it's tool for convert flash video to mov (or Mpeg,iPod mp4) .It's really good programm.But it's especially for Mac.:79:

To my knowlodge, iwisoft flash swf to video converter is a better choice.
